I keep typing cutenews into the end of the update URL... this is going to take a while to remember.

I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to like RSS feed (I don't REALLY know what that means) my Livejournal posts into my blog just to save space. I KNOW it can be done I just don't know how >_<

As for comments... until Amber gets herself some way for me to comment back I'm just gonna use my own comment thing so err if you comment and want a reply for me check my comments? Weird I know...

I have loads to gossip about, but because I have no way to restrict viewage of my posts (and we don't know who may be watching) all of my gossiping shall be restricted to my LJ (Friends Locked). That is unless I can figure out this RSS thingie-mi-bob.

OH AND GAH my fanlistings are dying!! NEED FIXING NOOOW.

We have fan update! Bye bye crappy cutenews spam! (I hope). The only downside I see to this is the lack of an 'insert image' button, but it'll stop me from clogging up my website with icons so I guess in the end it's actually for the better.

So welcome back My last entry was sometime in August so I guess I should bring you up to speed though to be honest I can't really remember anything interesting which has happened. College has been eating time because it is a time eating demon. It exhausts me to the point of... exhaustion... meaning I collapse on a regular basis rather than actually doing anything useful. Whoever decided school etc. should start so early should be mydered... just why? It's fun, but I'm just not good with mornings.

The London Expo was on 25th October which was fun as hell. I cosplayed Claire Redfield (I plan to put a little 'cosplay' page on here at some point which means that yes I will actually put up some pictures of myself, I feel like it's time to cast of the mask I hide behind a little bit). We did loads of random shiz including having a photoshoot up on the skywalk which was strangely exhilerating for someone who doesn't like having their photo taken. After the Expo there was the ball (finally an excuse to wear a pretty dress yush). At first I thought it was going to be total crap, the venue was way too small and my sister was already chatting up the first guy we'd met. Meanwhile my friends went to dance together whilst I was left with the bags. However turned out to be one of the best nights of my life because I actually had the guts to ask somebody to dance and we really hit it off. I don't want to start gushing in case he somehow finds this because that'd be embarassing as heck, but hopefully I'll be going to Scotland sometime to see him

Now for the layout, because I'm in a mushy mood I give you Yuna and Tidus. I'm cosplaying as Yuna next Expo hehe guess who's cosplaying Tidus so I've been playing a lot of FFX and there's something about the story which really touches me, it has a very disney-esque feel to it. This layout came out of nothing really, I wasn't planning to make it at all like this. I wasn't planning to make a layout full stop it just happened. Yes, links etc. are still the same colour because I'm a lazy bugger. The music is Gotta Be Somebody by Nickelback (I also added 1000 Words lol) because it is the sweetest song I've heard in a long time. I think I may even like it more than Far Away. I got a promo download from their site back in September, but didn't listen to it until after Expo and it makes me want to flail XD

Which reminds me; went to a Nickelback concert end of Septemer, it was fucking awesome. Their music is beautiful, but hearing it live is amazing and Chad Kroeger is such a showman, singing along to Rockstar was epic even if DFS totally screwed that song up. Staind was on as the opening act too which was great, I got to see two of my favorite bands! Took me a while to figure out it was them though, they were playing a song I'd only heard once before when we first went in.

I'm coming back I made a layout in a fit of mush and am just sorting out the irritants of coding. (Most of which I forgot O_o). I have lots to talk about so I hope you're ready for an earful!

Hiatus

No your eyes are not decieving you belle-noir.net is on an officially long hiatus for the first time ever. And yes that is Dante and no I'm not insane. Sorry to anyone who just got their eyes burnt >_<

Anyway, I think it's time for a break. It's half-term now so who knows maybe I can make something and have a new layout up soon, but I want to re-think and re-do my website properly. I've changed in a couple of years. I want it to reflect me still and not be generic as I was afraid it would become. The more I delete and edit pages I am always worried I will slowly slip into some strange conformity. But like I said, I've changed quite a bit and though I like to cling to who I was I think that in the end doing that will only hold me back.

Not to mention the fact that my life just got a whole lot more complicate... the prozac makes me tired all the time, the valium gets me high and for once I think I might be in love and have a pseudo-boyfriend... just he lives a the other end of the country. Why do I feel like I just fell into a soap opera?
